I worked with Camila Dinamarca to find my first apartment in Cambridge a few years ago. I was impressed with her professionalism, promptness, and knowledge. She showed me apartments which matched my parameters, was honest in advising me away from places that didn't really match my needs, and gave me good advice on deciding between smaller neighborhoods within Cambridge which resulted in my finding the right apartment, which I loved, with a good landlord. I was impressed enough that I reached out to Camila again a few years later when we moved again (during the pandemic, for which she was always safe, practicing all recommended precautions). I recently worked with her yet again for our third move, where she has gone above and beyond in helping us find apartments which matched our pretty restrictive criteria and never wasting our time.

Brokers do not always have a great reputation in the Boston market but Camila actually adds value to the process and is a valuable ally for you during the chaotic process of finding a home in the boston area. I will be reaching out to her again the next time we move (again).
